Candy Truck Manager

Our Candy Truck Manager is primarily responsible for managing food service operations within The Sugar Cube. They are to ensure all employees follow in house policies and procedures, book and manage events, as well as being available for markets and fulfilling private candy orders orders.

Primary Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations at food truck.
Ensure that all employees are following in house polices and procedures.
Track Inventory and prepare ordering lists.
Drive to and from event location.
Organize, manage and book events for The Sugar Cube.
Daily Cash float balance and inventory records.
Set up truck prior to each event.
Take down the truck after each event.
Ensure food truck staff members follow proper sanitation procedures.
Respond to customer preferences and complaints.
Direct the cleaning of the truck and commercial kitchen.
Create and manage employee schedules.
    You must seriously LOVE candy. There will be lots of tasting involved!
    Have a fun-loving, outgoing, positive attitude.
    Driver's Licence - with a clean record. You need to feel confident driving a food truck - there will be lessons!
    Must be available Weds - Sunday.
