Yes! At checkout, you can choose a FREE pickup option from our SE warehouse at 11769 40 St SE, Unit 115 (near the Flying J at Barlow and Deerfoot South).

We deliver locally within *Calgary Area City limits.* Our rates are subject to change and can range anywhere from $7.00 to $15.00 depending on item and distance.

For exact rates and deliveries outside these areas, our standard shipping rates would apply. Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at the time of checkout based on the item you have purchased and its destination. This can all be found in the checkout area.

We can usually fulfill orders on short notice, but not always.

Shipping + Delivery FAQ

Yes! We currently deliver on Wednesdays and Fridays, and you can pick a date at least two days beyond your order date.

Yes! We ship packages on the same day as our delivery days. At the checkout, a drop-down calendar will be offered, where you can choose the next available Wednesday or Friday shipping date. Preferred shipping dates are for SENDING, not ARRIVAL.

Generally, this is not the case unless you select our Rush option, in which case we will attempt to secure a delivery guarantee.

Our standard shipments go out through Canada Post. When you select a delivery date during checkout, we will drop it off at the post office that day. From there, we rely on their delivery service standards (during non-peak periods):

  • Alberta - 1-2 business days
  • BC/SK - 2-3 business days
  • ON/QC - 3-5 business days
  • Rest of Canada - 5-8 business days

E.g. If you were to pick this Wednesday for delivery to Ontario, it would likely arrive early the following week (Monday or Tuesday)

During peak periods like Christmas and Valentine's Day, we deliver until 6:30 pm; during non-peak periods, all deliveries are completed by 4:30 pm.

  • Calgary and area deliveries leave our warehouse packaged in a white paper gift bag with our logo or a smaller purple plastic gift bag. If you would like the contents of the bag specifically hidden, please select that in your cart when checking out.

  • Outside of Calgary and the area, deliveries are packaged securely in Canada Post-branded boxes or larger recycled boxes. As you can imagine, when receiving pallets of candy, we find ourselves with an overage of cardboard. We do our best to reduce our footprint and recycle the boxes we receive for shipping purposes.

No, we never include a receipt, invoice or anything that directly refers to prices. However, we use various labels to identify the recipient, order number and items in the order.

Yes! During checkout, a text box allows you to compose a note that will be included with the package; feel free to get creative. We love adding notes to your deliveries!

Given the challenges of redelivery, our staff will attempt to leave your order in a safe and secure location near your door. You will receive an email when the order has been dropped off.

If there is a unique location in and around your doorstep where you would like us to place your delivery, please include this in the Instructions to Staff box during checkout.

Unless we have permission from the sender/recipient to leave the order at a designated point (like outside a condo unit's door), we will not leave orders unattended at condo or business addresses.

If we are unsuccessful in our first attempt, we will contact the sender (or recipient as needed) to inform them of the subsequent delivery window and get any relevant additional information. If the recipient cannot be at the location during the next delivery window, they must pick up the order at the Sugar Cube warehouse.

Pickup FAQ

At checkout, you can choose a FREE pickup option from our SE warehouse at 11769 40 St SE, Unit 115 (near the Flying J at Barlow and Deerfoot South).

Customers can pick up during the below business hours provided they have received confirmation their order is ready to be picked up. We prepare production for Tuesdays and Thursdays with order cutoffs two days prior. Please place your orders accordingly.

Saturday-Monday: Closed
Tuesday: 10 am-4 pm
Wednesday: 10 am-4 pm
Thursday: 10 am-4 pm
Friday: 10 am-4 pm

Yes, we have limited pickup options from 10 am to 4 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You can select a "Pickup" option upon checkout for a minimum of two days from the day you order. When your order is complete, you will be notified through email.

Our warehouse is in Calgary's SE by the Flying J at Barlow and Deerfoot South. Your order completion email will include our full address and instructions for coming to our warehouse space.

Visit https://shopifyping.com and message us saying you are here for pickup with your name and order number.

Our warehouse is not currently set up as a storefront. However, during peak holiday times, we may have packaged candy on display or an assortment of assembled candy available.

These items can be purchased upon pickup of an already-placed and fulfilled order.
