    Please note, our shipping, delivery and pickup costs and timelines change from time to time. This page is a best effort at explaining your options before ordering. Timelines and prices on the checkout page take precedence over this information. Last updated: February 3, 2021

    Pickup is back!

    A pickup option is now available at checkout. Pickup is from our SE warehouse, located near the Flying J at Barlow and Deerfoot South. Customers can pick up on the next Tuesday or Thursdays (minimum 2 business days from ordering) 10am-2pm provided they have received confirmation their order is ready to be picked up.

    • Over $25 - $5.00
    • $25 to $15 - $10.00
    • Under $15 - $15.00 * Orders under $15 will simply be shipped via Canada Post, so we will not be able to guarantee delivery dates.
    • Rush (Packaged and delivered next day) - $20.00

    Greater Calgary (Airdrie, Okotoks, Cochrane, Chestermere, Springbank)

    • Over $25 - $8.00
    • Under $25 - $15.00 * Orders under $25 will simply be shipped via Canada Post, so we will not be able to guarantee delivery dates.

      Shipping / Delivery / Pickup FAQs

      Is a receipt or invoice included in the package? 

      No, we never include a receipt, invoice or anything that directly refers to prices. We do however use various labels to identify the recipient, order number and items in the order.

      Can I include a note to the recipient?

      Yes! During checkout there is a box where you can leave a note that will be included with the package.

      Can I pick what day my packages gets delivered? 

      Yes! We currently deliver on Wednesdays and Fridays and you can pick a date that is at least two days from your order date.

      Can I pick what day my packages gets shipped?

      Yes! We ship out packages the same day as our delivery days.

      Can I pick what day my package arrives?

      Not generally, unless you select our Rush option where we will attempt to secure a delivery guarantee for you.

      Our standard shipments go out through Canada Post, when you pick a delivery date during checkout, that is the date it will be dropped off at the post office.  From there, we rely on their delivery service standards (during non-peak periods):

      • Alberta - 1-2 business days
      • BC/SK - 2-3 business days
      • ON/QC - 3-5 business days
      • Rest of Canada - 5-8 business days

      Eg. If you were to pick this Wednesday for delivery to Ontario, it would likely arrive early the following week (Monday or Tuesday)

      Delivery FAQ

      The recipient is a business address and needs to be delivered by a certain time, is that possible? 

      During non-peak times our deliveries are concluded by 4:30 pm. If you need the order deliveries earlier than that then please include your restrictions in the Instructions to Staff box during checkout and we will do our best to accommodate.

      Can I get my delivery gift wrapped? 

      Calgary and area deliveries are delivered in a white paper gift bag or smaller purple plastic gift bag. If you would like the contents of the bag specifically hidden please make sure to select that in your cart when checking out. 

      What if I’m not home (Residential delivery)? 

      Given the challenges of redelivery, our staff will attempt to leave your order in a safe and secure location near your door. You will receive an email when the order has been dropped off.

      What if I’m not at my condo or business?

      Unless we have the permission of the sender/recipient to leave the order at a designated point (like outside a condo unit's door), we will not leave orders at condo or business addresses. If we are unsuccessful in our first attempt we will reach out to the sender (or recipient as needed) to inform them of the next delivery window and get any relevant additional information. If the recipient is not/cannot be at the location during the next delivery window they will need to pickup the order at the Sugar Cube warehouse.

      Pickup FAQs

      Can I pickup my order instead of having it delivered? 

      Yes, we have limited pickup options on Tuesdays and Thursdays 10am-2pm. You can select a “Pickup” option upon checkout for a minimum two days from the day you are ordering. You will be notified when your order is complete.

       Where do I pickup my order?

      Our warehouse location is located in Calgary’s SE by the Flying J at Barlow and Deerfoot South. Full address and instructions will be sent to you in your order completion email.

      What do I do when I arrive to pickup my order? 

      Go to https://shopifyping.com and message us saying you are here for pickup with your name and order number.
